Over 20 years of construction and engineering experience, Mr. Drave Ooi realizes there is a need to look into the conditions of post-construction buildings particularly on stratified property in which has become a norm over the years through out the nation that are not limited to only commercial buildings but to landed and elevated housing as well with the numbers kept rising hence Colorscape VC Sdn Bhd/Colorscape Venture is formed to serve the need. He bring along to his set-up his wealth of technical-know-how experiences and exposures in the built environment. Career kick starting in the year of 2000 as an design engineer with Perunding Amin Lee Lim (a multi-discipline professional engineering consulting firm) and later joined Talam Corporation in 2002 as project engineer involve in the township implementation Punjak Jalil.

In 2005 Joined IGB as senior engineer for the implementation of The Garden, Mid Valley and moved on to be entrusted with various senior executive/ managerial/senior managerial position with large corporation involving from planning, conceptual, construction to handing over and setting-up of JMB (joint developer and resident community body) i.e. Mah Sing Group (Aman Perdana), MDIC (Bangsar Trade Centre, formerly Plaza Pantai), QUILL Group of Company (HSBC Head Quarter, Leboh Ampang) and (Quill Building 9 - Quill-Capital head quarter, Jalan Semangat, PJ) TSI Group (Three 33 Residence, Kepong) PURCON Group of company (I-Peak Residence, Sabah; Taman Armani, Gemas, Negeri Sembilan; Taman Mesra Rim, Jasin, Melaka; Idaman, Shah Alam); Eco World Berhad, Eco Sanctuary, Kuala Langat.
